Porto For You is a Porto concierge service operated by LUMINOUS GIANT — UNIPESSOAL LDA (NIPC/NIF 519357124; CRC 519357124), registered at Rua Companhia dos Caolinos, 102, R/C Esq Tras, 4460-205 Senhora da Hora, Matosinhos, Portugal.

We arrange private stays and individual experiences for travellers, coordinating accommodation, transport, dining and activities with suppliers whose service and terms are confirmed for the agreed scope. We are not a licensed travel agency (RNAVT/RNAAT). The EU consumer and data-protection framework applies to our online services.

The site publishes information about experiences, editorial content, and forms to contact us or apply as a supplier.

Listings describe experiences we believe are worthwhile; details such as price, duration and inclusions may change and should be confirmed in a written proposal before you travel.

Most experience pages and contact forms are requests for availability. When we send a written proposal and you accept it, a booking may be created with an agreed amount that you can pay through Stripe hosted Checkout using a payment link we provide.

Some listings are marked for confirmed-price booking: submitting that form asks us to confirm the amount for your selected option, date, and party size, then continue to the same Stripe hosted Checkout payment page.

No contract for travel services is formed solely by submitting a contact form. “Price from” figures remain indicative until the amount and scope are confirmed for payment.

Online payments for accepted proposals are processed by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted Checkout page. We do not collect card numbers, CVC codes, or full payment-card data on portoforyou.com.

Charges are in euros (EUR) for the agreed amount recorded with your booking. A currency preference cookie on this site (EUR, USD, or GBP) only affects display chrome and does not change the Stripe charge currency.

When a proposal uses deposit and balance terms, those amounts are shown on your payment page; the online charge today is the due amount stated by your proposal. Stripe may issue a receipt or invoice for the payment; Portuguese fiscal invoicing may be handled separately as required by law.

LUMINOUS GIANT — UNIPESSOAL LDA, trading as Porto For You, is the merchant of record for payments taken through our Stripe account.

Suppliers may deliver guiding, hosting, transport, accommodation, or dining under our coordination. They are not Stripe Connect sellers on this checkout path, and guest payments are not destination charges to suppliers.

Cancellation windows, refund eligibility, and related guest rights are set out in our Cancellation and refunds policy and in the cancellation policy version referenced on your accepted proposal.

Please review that policy before paying. Mandatory Portuguese and EU consumer protections that cannot be waived continue to apply.

Under Portuguese and EU distance-selling rules (including Decree-Law 24/2014), the 14-day right of withdrawal generally does not apply to leisure services supplied on a specific date or during a specific period. Your contractual cancellation windows therefore govern after payment, together with any mandatory protections that cannot be waived.

Porto For You is your primary concierge contact for services we agree to arrange. Delivery of specific elements (guiding, hosting, transport, accommodation or dining) may be performed by suppliers acting under our coordination.

Website content is provided for general information and may contain errors or omissions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Portuguese or EU consumer law.

Do not misuse the site:

• No spam
• No scraping that harms the service
• No attempts to bypass security (including Turnstile)
• No unlawful content in form submissions

We may refuse or delete abusive enquiries.

Site text, branding, and layout belong to Porto For You or its licensors. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial use.

Third-party photos and marks remain the property of their owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on listings.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Portuguese or EU consumer law.

We may update these terms as our concierge service develops (for example when online booking features change).

The version published on this page applies from the date it is posted. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Courts in Portugal have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may allow you to bring proceedings in your country of residence within the EU/EEA.
